Lovely swim today….smooth and cool…..Linda looked after the towels.. as bevan and I hit the beach… with Sutho catching us up at the Buoy…
I want to see how much I improve over the summer period… ’cause today I watched as Bevan and Sutho swam off into the distance..in fact at one stage after rounding Gwen… I thought I was on my own….. and every time I turned for air… I was gasping for it…. hmmmmm…. I have a long way to go….. Dave.. I am unfit but has someone moved that Idiot marker out further? Seriously… google it will ya’?

My feet have just thawed from this morning….ouchee mama it wss cold on the tootsies out of the water..
Have lifted my training schedule up from 0 to 1 a week and now looking at twice a week…don’t want to peak too early & overdo it.
Likely to see ya’ Thurs. or Friday morning for sure.
Can someone let the others know about the earlier start…but is it worth it…given we have only 2 weeks left and back to 6.30 am at the earliest !>?

Daylight saving ends again in New South Wales on Sunday 1 April 2012, at 3:00 am when clocks will be put back one hour.

I think a 6.15 kickoff could be on the cards for a few weeks before daylight savings saps the light once again and it will be only a few weeks before you are back kicking our butts.By the way,who is Dave ?
