Super morning…crisp and clear above & below water….hats off or should that be caps off again to Judy and Linda for swimming nude again….well that’s without wetsuits to Bevan and I ! Water temp. 17.2 degrees from Ken. Great swim to near post then out to far pin (6 mins), around some big boat…what’s it called Judy ? & then around all the boats to the far Raglan street pin (10 mins) and then to dirty cone and in (4 mins)…a belter of a morning swim and all stroking beautifully !

Shark scare at Cottesloe making me very nervous…as Matt and I swam to that exact buoy about 350 metres off shore where the bloke was taken….gulp! Forget the long swim to the Naval base…
