The number of idiots at the beach this morning were in short supply. Only Bevan, Linda, and Judy headed to the post this morning. Water clarity was average although the seas were calm despite (or because of) the wind. The idiots mixed it up this morning choosing to give Gwen’s cojones a rest and headed to “twin peaks” (two vertical pipes at the midway point of the island) before setting off to the dirty pin and into the beach. Linda as usual, completed an 1100 metre pre-swim before joining Judy and Bevan. Gold star goes to Linda again for a mighty effort. Sutho swam earlier, enjoying the vestiges of early morning light before daylight savings kicks in on Sunday. Jim and Mike were the only seasoned idiots who enjoyed a swim on the last day of September.
