Spotted above the hooks near the steps. Thought it might belong to an idiot!

Ransom….the shoes are safe & well….but will only remain that way if a $100 credit is left at La Republica for IDIOT’S Morning Coffees.
Once deposited…shoes will be returned in a brown paper bag at a location to be advised.
If no money transferred…the laces will be pulled out of each shoe…one by one & slowly & then shoes separated !
