The water must be a good temperature because I’m still swimming…crystal clear water, plenty of fish around the island & no wind made this morning’s swim a cracker. The swim team included Sutho, Chris, Judy, Dave U & moi. This was followed up with a coffee & rocky road (!) – obviously the breakfast of champions. Thanks Judy for the Bawley Point special chocolate – another km on my run this weekend for that!

Yup – 100% agree – stunning rocky road (thanks Judy) and a superb swim. Loved the chest wax on the way round the island as well! And lots of interesting fishies too – brim, pike, baitfish and Sutho reckons he knows where there’s an octopus just near the island. #wildlife!
