Anzac Day Sydney Splash 2.5km, thank you very much.

Craziness aplenty on Anzac Day for some idiots who thought a swim in Sydney Harbour was a grand idea. Admittedly, it was for a good cause namely Dementia Australia. Bevan, Chris, Stephen, Richard, Rob, Matt, Rupert, and Ian, were the brave souls attempting this feat, having trained long and hard over the ensuing weeks to prepare themselves.

I went with a different approach – tell everyone you aren’t participating and don’t train at all. That worked great until I found myself donning my wetsuit… IDIOT! Chris provided me with inspiration in the name of the ANZACs and their indomitable spirit.
