It was actually yesterday but Linda, Bob, Gail and me made up for our tardiness by celebrating Dave’s birthday with sparkling shiraz (thanks Bob!) and chocolate brownies (yours truly). Hope you had a fab day yesterday Mr Dave!

JOG !!!! Whilst the Webster’s dictionary states : ” jog: to run at a steady pace “, I will have you know, I was in full flight, at a pace only Usain Bolt can relate to. I know you didn’t recognise me as I was about to go into cardiac arrest and suffice to say, I didn’t recognise you dressed….in your Sunday fineries…also looking a little flushed after a few vinos I would suggest !
