Only a very few idiots turned up this morning (Saturday), despite the heavy downpour about 7am it was really very pleasant in the water. At a guess I’d say 16.5. A treat to swim at (rather than before) sunrise so I could see the colour of the water, which was actually not too bad. Only other idiots sighted in the water were Rob and Tony. Vic and Rosie’s car was present, occupants obviously out walking and no doubt sheltering up somewhere when the heavy rain began just as I was leaving
