Swimming Idiots -SBJ, Matt & I are making the big return to the joys of the morning Balmoral swim next Monday (as threatened). Assume 6.30am start – SBJ has a plane to catch so has advised me that he will be chomping at the bit to start when the gun fires.
Look forward to seeing everyone – we’ll be there a little earlier to introduce ourselves!

That news is so exciting that I had to jazz up your post Richard. Remember to look right then left, then right again before crossing the footpath at Balmoral… the crowds will have swelled somewhat for the occasion… We may have to install barriers 🙂
Indeed…and that water better be warmer than what Matt & I are experiencing up here surfing at Blueys Beach…..colder then I felt in the middle of winter…15-16 degrees,. A surfer paddled by me and said he saw a Polar Bear, bugger the sharks !
See you Monday ..and yes..I have to start the long slow swim at 6.30 am sharp….sorry.
