A pretty poor showing today for the last swim for 2015 at Idiot Central. Bevan was there as was Dave S. Well done to us! 🙂
Bevan thought around the island was a befitting end to 2015. The tide was on the low side, plenty of schools of fish near the island as were the fishing boats. Bevan swam close in as per usual. I chose a safer outward route but there were still plenty of shallow bits. Are we there yet?! Damn, still one cone to go. Not many swimmers about where we were. Back from whence we came, follow the island (and the smell) to the beach. Lovely.
Also enjoying the beach today were Pam and Rod, Claire, Robin, Malcolm, Mike, Dennis, Meg, Linda, Bob, Janet, Ken, Phil, Chris (wine guy), Ian & Anne, Jim, and… that’s all I can remember for now…
