What a fantastic view from your apartment Richard. Do you dive off the verandah and away you go? What’s the distance of the channel? You are missing THE Xmas event of the year where we swim from Deadman’s to Balmoral Sailing Club. I don’t know how we are going to manage the logistics without the Volvo Taxi service?! 😉
